A Lead Detection or Lead Inspection test explores every surface area both internal and external to your property to see if lead paint was used, and on which surfaces. Lead Inspections should be performed prior to home renovations or demolitions, particularly if your renovations involve a wall tear down of a wall that is suspected of being painted with lead paint. It is important to note, a lead inspection does not tell you if you are at risk for lead poisoning or other risks, it just helps identify where the lead is located.
