An environmental inspection is a subset of both commercial and residential inspections. Environmental inspections provide companies and homeowners with an overall view of the environmental and energy conditions to which to which a property is subject and thus is a good basis for assessing where the best opportunities for improvements lie, particulary in the form of energy savings or the reduction of contaminated emissions. Environmental inspections may include Indoor air quality assessment, soil analysis, or other factors.
